Van founded Premier Community Services more than 20 years ago with a mission to provide quality community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities while inspiring independence with respect and dignity.

CEO

Miranda has served many roles within the medical field throughout her professional life. More than 17 years of her experience has been dedicated to working with the Developmentally Disabled populations in our communities.

Director of Programs

Tina has worked in the ID/DD field for more than 40 years. She was inspired by her brother who has an intellectual disability. She has made helping people with disabilities her life’s mission.
